Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach & Communication
  • Contact applied insurance seekers to explain policy decisions (accepted, declined, or waiting periods).
  • Communicate policy features, premiums, terms, and conditions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales & Relationship Management
  • Leverage prior sales experience to build rapport and trust with customers, guiding them through their insurance journey.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Policy Guidance & Follow-up
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients on policy approvals, pending documents, and additional requirements.
  • Provide detailed explanations of waiting period clauses and guide customers on next steps.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer details, policy information, and communication records.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and adhere to compliance standards within the Healthcare and Insurance domains.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, customer support, claims, etc.) to expedite policy activations.
  • Share feedback and insights on improving processes, products, and services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 34 years of experience in sales roles within the Healthcare/Insurance industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Tamil/Telugu proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: 6-day work week, 8 hours per day.
  • Location: Bengaluru.
