Should have 15 to 20 years experience in RESOURCE MOBILIZATION
Roles & Responsibility -
- Well versed with water and wastewater project intricacies.
- Experience - Preferably Large water and wastewater EPC company
- Proven track record of mobilizing bulk resources Pan India.
- Established and well connected with labor mobilization agencies.
- Connect with all sites and support the mobilization of Subcontractors and Workmen based on requirements.
- Should be having a good database of a) small b) midsize, item rate subcontractors c) large back-to-back Subcontractors.
- Develop and implement Workmen HR Policies and practices.
- Management of complete workmen life cycle viz. Acquisition, Skill development, Retention and Engagement, Productivity Optimization etc.
- Develop, deploy, and nurture new subcontractors.
- Database of existing subcontractors Discipline / Category /size.
- Database of Workmen and develop new sources of workmen databases (connecting with various state government bodies)
