• Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Exchange Server environments
• Manage Active Directory configuration and administration
• Handle Exchange database, log files, and storage management
• Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange services including OWA, ActiveSync, and Outlook Anywhere
• Manage messaging infrastructure including spam, queue, and performance issues
• Support disaster recovery planning for messaging systems
• Provide support for enterprise communication tools such as Lync/OCS and Blackberry servers
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and standard operating procedures
