Exchange Lync Professional

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer Microsoft Exchange Server (2007 and above)
• Manage Exchange databases, log files, storage, and performance optimization
• Configure and administer Active Directory environments
• Troubleshoot Exchange issues including OWA, ActiveSync, Outlook Anywhere, queue issues, and spam filtering
• Manage messaging infrastructure including disaster recovery planning and execution
• Support end-user escalation issues related to messaging, archiving, and mobile devices
• Install and administer Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)
• Support Microsoft OCS / Lync environments where applicable
• Work with Symantec Enterprise Vault for email archiving (preferred)
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and escalation management
• Participate in bridge calls, shift handovers, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Maintain documentation and update knowledge base articles
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
