Job Description
Must Have
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing Exchange infrastructure.
- Good working knowledge in Enterprise infrastructure Architecture
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
- Experience in migrating to new environments / setups. Knowledge of Proofpoint and Google workspace environment.
- Ability to communicate technical subjects/issues.
- Documentation skills.
- Ability to work on project alone or as part of a team and a positive attitude.
- Basic Knowledge of PowerShell & Active Directory.
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Provide support to customer Exchange Environment.
- Provide support in managing the email infrastructure
- Troubleshoot email delivery issues
- Work on Patching and Firmware updates
- Handle troubleshooting of major issues which has huge impact on business.
- Work with Proofpoint support to resolve spam issues and any email block issues.
