- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and skills
- Maintain candidate database and ensure all information is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the team to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in US Staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
