Network Specialist/ Technical Leader
A Pre-sales Technical support specialist will be responsible for technical enablement and providing technical help to Account Managers, System Engineers and other members of field sales teams for driving product sales.
Job Responsibilities
ï‚·Work with field sales teams to position appropriate networking solutions and establish value proposition in a competitive environment
ï‚·Educate field sales staff on technical capabilities and features of proposed products
ï‚·Contribute to build and maintain healthy sales pipeline
ï‚·Having clear understanding of complementary SKU to create Bill of Material and present to sales organization
ï‚·Develop over all technical & communications competency for successful pre-sales technical support to field sales organization
ï‚·Building Influential Relationships: Working collaboratively with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives
ï‚·Effectively deliver on-site or off-site enablement & KT sessions to drive product awareness and increase adoption rates
ï‚·Engage with Sales team to participate in conference/TP calls with customer/partners for opportunity & synergy discussions
ï‚·Martian and present KPI and statistical data for sales performance, Win/Loss analysis and revenue as and when required.
Essential:
Excellent communication Skill.
Prior PreSales, Troubleshooting or Implementation experience
Willing to work in 24*5 Support (Including Night Shifts)
Prior experience of Voice based technical support
Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
