Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in Bengaluru. The role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with employee engagement and HR administration. This is a great opportunity for HR person who is eager to grow in a generalist HR track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate core HR processes and workflows, including interview scheduling support, onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations tracking.
  • Support employee onboarding and lifecycle activities (joining documentation, induction/orientation coordination, confirmations, and exit formalities support as applicable).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and trackers; ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely documentation.
  • Assist with HR operations and compliance support (policy communication, attendance/leave coordination, statutory documentation support, basic HR reports, and audits as needed).
  • Coordinate with payroll/finance and vendors for monthly inputs (new joiners, exits, attendance/leave changes, reimbursements documentation) and support benefits administration tasks as assigned.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (events, communications, surveys) and respond to routine employee queries, escalating when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in HR coordination/HR operations (onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration) in a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (recruitment coordination support, onboarding, attendance/leave, HR documentation) and basic statutory/compliance practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with HRIS and HR trackers; ability to prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
