What We Are Looking For:
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel functions: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Text Functions, and Advanced Charting.
- Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques for large datasets.
- Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau will be a good to have.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Apply Advanced Excel techniques (Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Data Consolidation, Dynamic Named Ranges, Array Formulas).
- Conduct descriptive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights.
- Collaborate with teams to support business decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality standards and documentation for reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IFs, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Text-to-Columns, Data Validation, Advanced Charting.
- Hands-on experience with data cleaning, deduplication, and transformation.
- Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
