Job Summary
Fixotec Pipe Supports Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Excel & Data Management Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient handling of data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various departments with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel, data analysis, and database management, along with strong coordination skills to facilitate smooth business operations.
Job Description
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query, etc.).
- Assist in preparing and formatting quotations, offers, and pricing documents using Excel-based tools.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, sales records, and operational data for accuracy and accessibility.
- Track and follow up on offers, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and forecast sales trends.
- Work with the purchase team to ensure proper data tracking of procurement activities.
- Utilize Excel to generate MIS reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning datasets.
- Provide timely ad-hoc reports for management as required.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using Excel and other data tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency through effective data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, MIS reporting, or sales support roles.
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or industrial product data management.
- Knowledge of CRM software, or Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in pricing analysis and quotation preparation.
