Job Description: Ex. / Sr. Ex – Partnerships, Events & Ecosystem Growth

The Circle FC is looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented Assistant Manager to support partnerships, ecosystem engagement, events, and brand visibility initiatives across startup and innovation ecosystems.

This role requires someone who can manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate events and ecosystem programs, and work closely on social media and creative communication to strengthen The Circle FC's presence across startup communities and global partners.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Build and manage relationships with startups, investors, ecosystem partners, corporates, and institutions
• Support partnership outreach, stakeholder coordination, and ecosystem engagement activities
• Plan and execute startup events, networking sessions, delegations, workshops, and ecosystem programs
• Coordinate end-to-end event execution including communication, logistics, registrations, partner management, and follow-ups
• Work closely on social media and marketing initiatives, including coordination of creatives, content, announcements, and event promotions
• Support community-building initiatives through online and offline engagement activities
• Track program and partnership updates and prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries
• Ensure timely follow-ups, operational coordination, and smooth execution across multiple ongoing initiatives

Required Qualifications

•  1 - 3 years of experience in program management, startup ecosystems, or partnerships
•  Comfortable working with tools such as Canva for basic creative coordination, presentations, and social media communication support
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
• Good understanding of social media coordination, branding, and creative workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in startup ecosystems, innovation programs, events, or partnerships is preferred
