Our VC firm is building a cohort of high-potential early-stage startups and is looking for exceptional operators to join as Co-Founder. You will take ownership of building the company from day zero driving PMF, shaping the product, creating the GTM engine, and preparing the venture for a successful fundraise in its first year.

What You Will Own

03 Months: Product + PMF Discovery

36 Months: Build the Story + Fundraising Narrative

612 Months: Fundraise + Early Scale

Ideal Profile

• Engineering background with strong exposure to sales, strategy, GTM, or product.
• Experience building tech/SaaS products in India market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; ability to work from zero clarity.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and investor-ready presentations.
• Founder DNA ownership, speed, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS GTM, B2B sales, or early-stage company building.
