Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team and take charge of technical support for EasyWebinar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in providing support for tech products and services. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling technical queries, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EasyWebinar products. The candidate must have prior experience working in the US, UK, or Australian markets, and should be adept at working in US shift timings.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to EasyWebinar users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EasyWebinar users.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EasyWebinar products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing customer accounts.
  • New User Acquisition:
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand EasyWebinar's user base in the US, UK, and Australian markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Account Management:
  • Utilize tools and strategies to generate leads effectively.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with EasyWebinar features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide insights into customer needs and preferences to enhance product development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with customers in the US, UK, or Australian markets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Experience working in US shift timings.
  • Proficient in using tools for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
