Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for data centre projects in Hyderabad.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure project timelines, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align construction goals with organizational objectives.
Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all construction activities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Prepare and present reports on project status to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EVP/President of Construction should have:

A strong educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects
Proven expertise in project management and strategic decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
