The organization designs awards, championships, and related initiatives that celebrate excellence while supporting personal and professional development.

Role Description The Events Sales Assistant/Intern is a full-time hybrid role based in the Bangalore/ any city in India, with a mix of on-site and mainly work-from-home responsibilities.

This role supports the planning and promotion of award events and related programs by assisting with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Day-to-day activities include supporting event registration processes, maintaining and updating contact databases, and coordinating with internal teams on event timelines and deliverables.

The role also involves assisting with on-ground event coordination, guest management, and vendor or partner communication when required. The Events Sales Assistant/Intern contributes to ensuring a smooth participant experience and helps drive event attendance and sponsorship opportunities through consistent, professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with participants, partners.
  • Event Planning and Event Management abilities to support logistics, timelines, registrations, and on-ground coordination.
  • Solid Organization Skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort using basic digital tools (email platforms, spreadsheets).
  • Motivation to learn sales techniques, follow structured processes, and work toward participation and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including occasional evening or weekend event hours when needed.
  • Prior exposure to events, sales, or customer-facing roles (including internships or campus activities) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (students in final year may also be considered).
