Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Events Planning function in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Events Planning Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient planning, coordination, and execution of all events, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to deliver exceptional experiences that meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Event Management or a related field. Minimum 2â€3 years work experience as an Events Planning Executive, Events Coordinator, or Assistant Events Planning Manager in a hotel or hospitality environment. Good organizational, problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple events and maintain strong client relationships.
