We are looking for a high-impact Events & Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through strategic collaborations and high-performing marketing events.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

What You'll Do

Partnerships Marketing

  • Develop and execute end-to-end partnership marketing strategies aligned with GTM and revenue goals
  • Identify, onboard, and grow strategic technology, channel, and ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and co-branded content
  • Drive partner-led demand generation through multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, content)
  • Manage partner programs, documentation, and relationship health

Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute owned events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences
  • Own event lifecycle end-to-end, from planning to execution to post-event follow-ups
  • Drive registrations, engagement, and pipeline through targeted campaigns
  • Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-ground execution

Cross-functional & Performance

  • Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and content teams to align messaging and follow-ups
  • Track performance across MQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI, and CPL for both partnerships and events
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all campaigns, events, and partner assets
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and market feedback

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B partnerships, event marketing, or alliance/channel marketing within SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with pipeline attribution, lead quality, and ROI tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and events simultaneously
  • Adaptable and data-driven in decision making

What You Will Achieve In 90 Days

  • Build a strong understanding of GTM strategy, ICP, and existing partner ecosystem
  • Audit current partnerships and event programs to identify quick wins
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams
  • Launch at least one co-marketing initiative or marketing event

What You Will Achieve In 180 Days

  • Scale high-impact partnerships and events contributing directly to pipeline and revenue
  • Optimize performance metrics and present insights to leadership
  • Strengthen Recruiterflow's presence across partner ecosystems and industry events
  • Build repeatable playbooks for partnerships and event-led growth
