KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end event operations and production.
• Coordinate vendors, venue teams, logistics, and manpower.
• Execute corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and conferences.
• Manage AV, sound, lighting, LED, staging, and technical production.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, BOQs, and resource allocation.
• Supervise on-ground setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantling.
• Troubleshoot challenges and ensure seamless event delivery.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant experience in event management, operations, or production.
• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of event production and logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
