Job Description:

We are seeking an *Operations Executive Corporate Events* to manage end-to-end event operations, including planning, coordination, and on-ground execution. The role focuses on ensuring smooth logistics, vendor management, and timely delivery of corporate events with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute corporate events end-to-end

Coordinate event logistics and on-ground operations

Create element lists and prepare recce reports

Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets

Handle measurements, layouts, and basic design execution inputs

Ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience in the events industry (mandatory)

Strong operational, coordination, and communication skills

Good knowledge of measurements and event design concepts

Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
