Event Management and Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all offline events and activations, including tradeshows, conferences and LTSCT-hosted events (launches)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with marketing and product goals. Manage all stakeholders.
- Develop detailed event plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of events and activations, providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Planning, managing and distribution of branded merchandise/giveaways and marketing collaterals for events.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of materials for events and campaigns.
Vendor and Partner Management
- Identify and collaborate with reliable vendors, agencies, and third-party partners to deliver seamless event execution, in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate with event organisers and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics.
Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Media management or a related field.
Experience
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in event management, brand activations, Media management or field marketing, preferably in the semiconductor/ energy/ automotive/ Tech industry
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and promotions.
- Global experience of handling events in other regions is also preferred
