Overview
Intuitive is seeking an Events & Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact internal and external events that drive brand visibility, partner engagement, and pipeline growth across healthcare, finance, energy, oil & gas industries and technology ecosystems.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B event experience, thrives in fast-paced consulting environments, and understands how events support go-to-market motions across sales, alliances, and marketingparticularly within the hyperscaler partner ecosystem. This role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring events align with broader marketing and communications objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global and regional events in the US, including industry conferences, partner events, CXO dinners, field events, and internal offsites.
- Own end-to-end event execution: timelines, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, and on-site delivery.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Practice leaders to align events with GTM priorities.
- Manage event-related collateral, swag, gifting, and experiential elements.
- Ensure consistent brand, messaging, and executive-level experience across all events.
- Track event performance, capture leads, and support post-event reporting in collaboration with Marketing Ops.
- Maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and vendor documentation.
- Identify risks early and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
Marketing Operations & Enablement
- Support standardized event planning processes and internal workflows
- Maintain visibility into event calendars, spend, and execution status
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Demand Gen on lead capture and attribution
- Contribute to internal reporting on marketing and alliance activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in events, marketing, or related roles
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on event management experience, with events taking place in the US.
- Experience in IT services, cloud consulting, SaaS, or hyperscaler partner environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder events
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or event platforms
- Background supporting partner marketing or alliance-led GTM motions
- Exposure to executive-level and CXO-focused events
- Familiarity with hybrid and experiential event formats
