Internship Overview
This 6-month internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to event and tour production, corporate and hotel/vendor partnerships, budgeting and commercial operations, grant applications, and AI-supported planning systems. You will work across both cultural nightlife formats and structured corporate experiences while helping build repeatable systems that support Louder's AI-driven event planning platform. This is not a coordination-only role. You will learn how events are commercially structured, negotiated, funded and scaled.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Tour Production
Research markets, venues and audience potential
Assist in building event calendars, capacities and preliminary budgets
Coordinate with artists, vendors and production teams
Prepare run sheets, timelines and execution documents
Support remote management of international events
Corporate & Vendor Partnerships
Research and identify hotels, venues and production vendors
Assist in negotiating pricing and commercial packages
Compare vendor quotations for AV, staging, dcor and logistics
Support preparation of corporate event proposals and decks
Budgeting, Grants & Commercial Exposure
Assist in building detailed event budgets and P&L sheets
Track deposits, settlements and vendor payments
Support profitability analysis of event concepts
Research relevant government, arts and tourism grants
Assist in preparing documentation and submissions for grant applications
Support sponsorship research and partnership structuring
AI & Systems Learning
Use AI tools for research, budgeting and deck creation
Help document workflows and operational systems
Maintain structured data on artists, venues, vendors and clients
Support internal AI-driven planning process improvements
Marketing & Audience Insights
Support ticketing rollout plans
Assist with CRM updates and campaign tracking
Contribute ideas aligned with pop culture, music and audience trends
Track nightlife, comedy and cultural shifts across markets
Ideal Candidate
0 to 2 years experience in events, hospitality, entertainment or business preferred
Strong interest in live events and commercial operations
Basic understanding of budgeting and Excel
Strong research and documentation skills
Awareness of pop culture, music and audience behavior
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning AI tools and structured systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working across time zones
