Events - Head & Operations

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all IC3 Movement events
• Manage logistics for each event, including venue coordination, vendor management, and event scheduling
• Collaborate with communications, partnerships, and host institutions to ensure seamless event delivery

Team and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Directly manage and coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors
• Allocate responsibilities, track progress, and ensure accountability within the events team
• Maintain strong working relationships with IC3 leadership, institutional partners, and key stakeholders to align on event goals

Logistics and Operations Management

• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, AV setup, signage, registration, and material handling
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all operational elements before, during, and after the events
• Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and report on KPIs and success metrics
