We're looking for an experienced Events & Exhibitions Production professional (Events & Exhibitions Operations professional) to join our team.

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced event environments and loves turning plans into flawless execution

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Production personnel to lead end-to-end execution across events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Manage complete event/exhibition operations from planning to execution

-Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and internal departments

-Handle fabrication, logistics, setup, dismantling, and onsite execution

-Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and operational quality

-Lead operations for the respective project and ensure smooth project delivery

-Troubleshoot onsite challenges and manage high-pressure situations professionally

What We're Looking For:

-5+ years of experience in events/exhibitions/experiential marketing

-Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

-Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities

-Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Comfortable with travel and flexible event schedules

Must have:

Agency/event industry background

Experience with exhibitions, corporate events, retail activations, or large-format productions

Strong operational planning and execution skills

Location: Pune - NIBM
