Role Purpose
Drive the activation, delivery and continuous innovation of SICC's events and engagement platforms. This role is responsible for transforming every SICC event into a high-impact experience that strengthens member engagement, deepens strategic partnerships, creates commercial opportunities, advances thought leadership, and reinforces SICC's position as Singapore's premier international business chamber.
The Events Activation & Partnership Executive/ Manager combines event excellence with commercial thinking, stakeholder engagement and creativity to deliver memorable experiences that generate lasting value for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Event Activation & Experience
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of SICC's conferences, leadership dialogues, awards, networking events, and programmes.
- Design engaging event experiences that maximise value and business outcomes.
- Continuously introduce innovative event formats, technologies and engagement strategies to enhance participant experience.
Member & Stakeholder Engagement
- Activate meaningful engagement opportunities before, during and after every event.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, speakers, government agencies, embassies and strategic partners.
- Ensure every stakeholder interaction reflects SICC's professionalism and service excellence.
Commercial & Partnership Activation
- Work closely with sponsors and partners to design activation opportunities that deliver measurable value.
- Identify opportunities to increase sponsorship revenue, premium event experiences and commercial partnerships.
- Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed professionally while creating memorable brand experiences.
Marketing & Audience Growth
- Collaborate with the Marketing &Communications team to develop integrated campaigns that increase registrations, audience reach and member participation.
- Leverage digital platforms, event technologies and data analytics to enhance audience engagement and extend the impact of events beyond the event day.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse event performance using attendance, engagement, satisfaction and commercial metrics.
- Recommend improvements that strengthen event quality, member experience and organisational impact.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in event management, audience engagement and digital activation.
Operational Excellence
- Manage project timelines, budgets, logistics and risk management to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and maintain event SOPs, templates and best practices.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest professional standards.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute ideas that strengthen membership value, advocacy outcomes and the Chamber's reputation.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the CEO and Director.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years experience in corporate events, conferences, sponsorship activation or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end event delivery.
- Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, sponsors and partners with professionalism and confidence.
- Commercially aware, innovative and digitally savvy, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance event experiences.
- A collaborative team player with high integrity, professionalism and a strong member-first mindset.
