Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedClient ServicingExecutivewith2-5years of experience to manageclientrelationships, ensure smooth project execution, and act as the primary point of contact betweenclientsand internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the event production team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Manage multiple client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with creative, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and progress reports to clients.
- Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved.
- Support post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with event planning processes and client relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
