Role: Events and Partner Marketing

Experience: 3 years

Location: Noida

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and proactive Events and Partner Marketing expert to join our team. This

role is requires hands-on involvement in attending and managing events & webinars, creating

sales funnels, and driving engagement on social media. The ideal candidate should possess

excellent communication skills and have a knack for building meaningful connections. The role

focuses on North America as the target geography.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Events Management

  • Plan and execute physical, hybrid, and virtual events including conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, webinars, and client dinners.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics: registrations, vendors, venues, branding, collaterals, speakers, and on-ground execution.
  • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
  • Handle post-event activities including lead consolidation, attendee follow-ups, and performance reporting.

2.Partner Marketing

  • Support partner marketing initiatives with technology and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate partner-led and co-branded webinars.
  • Scheduling and coordination with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Own webinar operations: registrations, promotions, attendance tracking, dry runs, and execution.
  • Coordinate speaker onboarding, rehearsals, and post-webinar communication.
  • Assist in executing co-branded campaigns and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Research relevant industry awards, manage submissions, and coordinate nominations for client projects.

3.Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Manage approvals, documentation, and internal communication related to events and partner activities.
  • Track KPIs such as registrations, attendance, leads, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with demand generation and sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate data in marketing systems.

4.Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, design, content, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and partner marketing teams.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and partner branding requirements across all assets and touchpoints.

What does the candidate require for this role

  • Hands-on ability to manage event logistics, registrations, webinars, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Understanding of co-branded campaigns, partner-led initiatives, and joint marketing activities including participation in Awards.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems & webinar platforms such as Zoom.
  • Ability to track registrations, attendance, leads, and performance metrics using spreadsheets and reports.
  • Research Awards for the calendar year, maintain the calendar, get approval for the client projects and nominate as per the need.
  • Experience managing events and partner budgets, including MDF utilization and cost optimization.
  • Ability to forecast spend, track variances, and justify ROI.
  • Comfortable working with finance on POs, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Capability to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external vendors fluently.
