Role Overview
We're looking for an Event & Venue Manager to handle client walkthroughs, coordinate event-day operations, and ensure the venue runs smoothly at all times. This role combines event management, venue operations, and client-facing hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct venue tours and explain packages, pricing & amenities
Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins
Support follow-ups and booking conversions
Lead or assist with event-day coordination
Liaise with decorators, caterers, planners & vendors
Ensure the venue is guest-ready and visually perfect at all times
Coordinate with housekeeping, security & operations teams
Maintain enquiry logs, booking sheets & operational checklists
Requirements
13 years of experience in event management / banquet operations / hospitality operations
Strong communication & client-handling skills
Confident personality for walkthroughs & event supervision
Organised, proactive & comfortable in fast-paced environments
Willing to work weekends & event hours (weekly off provided)
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus
Salary
30,000 35,000 per month + performance incentives
