TixMojo | Global Ticketing and Event Technology Platform

TixMojo is expanding across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, and into new international markets. We're looking for Business Development professionals who can grow our ticketing platform, digital marketing services, and event management solutions while building strong, lasting relationships across nightlife, concerts, festivals, venues, and artists.

About TixMojo

TixMojo is a modern General Admission and Reserved Seating ticketing system used by organisers, promoters, artists, and venues.

We provide:

  • Ticketing (GA + seat maps)
  • Digital marketing services
  • Event management support
  • Promoter/affiliate tracking
  • Reporting, settlements, and event support

We work across concerts, nightlife, festivals, cultural shows, social events, and community experiences.

What You'll Do

Sales & Relationship Development

Drive TixMojo's expansion across nightlife, concerts, festivals, sports, and entertainment

Build and manage a pipeline of organisers, promoters, artists, venues, agencies, and IP owners

Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals

Present TixMojo's products clearly and professionally to organisers at all stages

Recommend additional services (digital marketing, event management) to maximise organiser success

Build trusted, ongoing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Client Engagement & Support

Guide organisers through event setup including GA, seat maps, pricing, and promoter links

Communicate proactively with organisers before, during, and after event go-live

Help organisers execute smooth ticketing operations during busy sales periods

Work closely with event day teams to support organisers where needed (occasional flexibility required)

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

Stay informed about competitor platforms, pricing, features, and market shifts

Work with the tech team to test improvements and share organiser feedback

Collaborate with marketing on updates, campaigns, content, and organiser promotions

Support product and process improvements based on real-world organiser needs

Provide structured reporting, pipeline updates, and insights to leadership

What You'll BringRequired

35+ years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Event Solutions, or related areas

Experience selling ticketing systems, event tech, digital marketing, event management, or artist services

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and handle dynamic organiser needs

Ability to operate in fast-paced event environments with tight timelines

Strong organisation, pipeline discipline, and structured reporting

Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra step for organisers

Understanding of live events, nightlife, concerts, festivals, or artist ecosystems

Highly Desirable

Existing network among organisers, promoters, artists, venues, or entertainment partners

Experience launching or selling technical platforms in competitive markets

Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or marketplaces

Experience supporting organisers across the full event cycle

Passion for events, ticketing, nightlife, music, and entertainment
