Sponsorship Manager for 2,500+ Student Sustainability Event (Delhi NCR)

The Opportunity:

Tera Compute is an MSME-registered LLP conducting a high-impact, 5+ day competition tour across premier schools in Delhi NCR. We are looking for a Sponsorship Manager to connect forward-thinking brands with our mission of Sustainability, Circular Economy, and Waste Management.

The Scale & Reach:

• Audience: 2,500+ Students (Grades 6–12) across 5+ Host Schools and 100+ Industry Experts.
• Expert Validation: Competitions judged by industry experts and academic leaders.
• The X-Factor: A premium physical Souvenir Newsletter delivered to parents 2 months post-event, ensuring long-term brand recall in 3000+ households.

Your Role:

• Identify and close Cash Sponsors (Corporate CSR/Marketing budgets).
• Onboard Knowledge Partners (Universities like Amity, IIT Delhi, etc.).
• Secure In-Kind Partners (Sustainable Gifting, Food & Beverages).

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sponsorship sales or corporate partnerships in the Delhi NCR circuit.
• Strong network in FMCG, EdTech, Higher Education, and Waste Management.
• Ability to pitch the ROI of Indirect Parent Participation.

Compensation:

This is a performance-linked contract with a high-incentive commission structure (10% – 20%) on all closures.
