The Event Coordinator/Specialist- Events and Partnerships will play a key role in driving MetaApply IE's marketing initiatives through the effective planning and execution of domestic and international events (b2b + b2c), agent training sessions, and partnership amplification activities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless event execution and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute all marketing events (domestic, international, online, and offline) focused on agent engagement, student engagement (specific target audience), and training.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and external partners for event planning, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for event collaterals and campaign initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of events and partnership campaigns to assess ROI and impact.
- Maintain accurate documentation and post-event feedback reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in edtech, study abroad, or higher education.
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events (both online and offline).
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good understanding of marketing campaign execution and digital amplification.
- Proficiency in MS Office, event/project coordination tools, and email campaigning.
