Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving event sales. They will manage event planning and coordination, communicate with clients to tailor event packages, and oversee the execution of successful events. Additional duties include researching market trends to identify potential clients, maintaining detailed records, and working closely with the event management team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Event Management and Event Planning to ensure the successful delivery of events.
• Proven ability in Sales to drive new business, meet sales targets, and achieve revenue growth goals.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in planning and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the technology or software industry, and familiarity with industry verticals such as Healthcare or Media, is advantageous.
