Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Event Sales Specialist to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building lasting client relationships. The Event Sales Specialist will collaborate with the planning and management teams to align client expectations with event execution and ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves negotiating contracts, presenting tailored event solutions, and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's reputation for excellence in event management.

Qualifications

• Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, negotiate effectively, and meet set targets.
• Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of Event Management and Event Planning, including organizing, coordinating, and executing successful events.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail and timelines.
• Proficiency in using Social media and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• High Proficiency in Presentation Skills and pitch deck making is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the events industry or hospitality sector is a must
