Company & Role Description
Tavaro Resorts is a design-led destination venue in West Hyderabad known for its expansive green lawns, curated event spaces, and premium hospitality experiences.
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development with strong experience in social celebrations and corporate event sales to drive bookings and strategic partnerships for the resort.
This role will focus on expanding Tavaro's presence in luxury weddings, social events, corporate offsites, and brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social & Wedding Sales
Drive bookings for weddings, receptions, engagements, and large social celebrations
Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event designers, and luxury event agencies
Conduct venue walkthroughs and convert high-value social event enquiries
Corporate Event Sales
Develop corporate partnerships for offsites, annual meets, product launches, leadership retreats, and conferences
Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Corporate Event Teams
Generate repeat corporate business and long-term partnerships
Business Development
Build and maintain networks with event planners, production agencies, corporate event companies, and hospitality partners
Identify new opportunities for brand collaborations, curated experiences, and corporate programs
Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
Lead the sales team handling enquiries from calls, walk-ins, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals
Maintain structured pipelines through CRM and ensure high conversion rates
Work closely with the General Manager and Tavaro Experiences team to design event offerings
Market Presence
Represent Tavaro Resorts within the wedding and corporate event ecosystem in Hyderabad
Attend industry networking events and planner meetups to generate new leads
