About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Event Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, sponsorship acquisition, and client partnerships within the healthcare and hospital sector.
This is a key role for someone who understands how to connect with healthcare stakeholders and drive value through strategic event collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close sponsorship deals for healthcare conferences, summits, and hospital events
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostics brands, and other healthcare partners
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with event and content teams to align sales with program value
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and pipeline activity
Candidate Requirements
- 36 years of B2B event sales or sponsorship experience
- Preferably from the healthcare, hospital, pharma, or diagnostics sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage sales targets
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and stakeholders is a plus
