Role Description The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for driving event business growth and managing client relationships from lead generation to post-event follow-up. This role includes prospecting and qualifying new leads, preparing proposals, pitching event concepts, and negotiating contracts with corporate, institutional, and private clients. The Event Sales Manager will collaborate with internal planners and creatives to translate client needs into scalable event solutions, ensuring alignment on budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating site visits and client meetings, and supporting on-ground event oversight when required. The role also involves analysing sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to sales strategies, partnerships, and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in events, MICE, hospitality, media, or B2B services.

•⁠ ⁠A track record of meeting and beating aggressive sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠A true hunter mentality: resilient, persistent, and energised by the close.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

•⁠ ⁠Comfort selling to senior corporate and government stakeholders.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel and work the hours great events demand.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Location - Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Qualifications

  • Strong event-focused skills, including Event Planning, Event Management, and experience with Private Events.
  • Must have Proven Sales experience of minimum 3 years, ideally in events, hospitality, or related service industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working on-site during events, including evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Experience building and managing client relationships, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
