Job Title: Sales Manager - Event Management and Corporate Gifting
Overview:
As a Sales Manager at BrandCraft, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and upselling of our event management and corporate gifting services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, crafting tailored proposals, overseeing payment processes, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction through effective servicing. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a keen understanding of event management and gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Should have good connects with our potential clients
Marketing, HR, Procurement, Admin etc
Verticals: Mainly Tech, Pharma, FMCG etc
Identify and reach out to more potential clients across India through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and incoming leads
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business objectives, preferences, and pain points.
Continuously engage with clients to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and to position BrandCraft as their trusted partner for event management and corporate gifting solutions
Empanelment and Revenue Generation:
Need to empanel BrandCraft as a vendor with clients
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Actively pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling campaigns and initiatives that drive sales growth and brand visibility
Proposal Development and Presentation:
Gather client requirements and preferences to create customized event management and gifting proposals that address their specific needs and budget constraints.
Present proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner, showcasing the value proposition of BrandCraft's services.
Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Technical Expertise:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of BrandCraft's event management and corporate gifting offerings, including technical specifications, capabilities, and limitations.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients based on their requirements and preferences.
Payment Management:
Oversee the invoicing and payment collection process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients.
Address any payment-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Client Servicing and Satisfaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
Proactively anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their experience with BrandCraft.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the event management or gifting industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex event management and gifting solutions.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Additional Information:
This position will require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events
This position will require to work on festival seasons for gifting
Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client meetings and deadlines
BrandCraft offers competitive compensation packages including base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
Location: Bengaluru & Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
