Horizon Conference Event Management is looking for experienced, reliable and task-oriented Project Manager.

for training of 4 days need to be present physically in office
The candidate should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast- paced corporate environment.
Should have good communication skills
SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with office members.
2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for channel partners.
3. Maintain an organized filing system and soft e-copies/ documents.
4. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
5. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among Events Industry and Planning and Managing events, Graduated in any stream from reputed university.
6. Proficiency in operating Computer and related tasks, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company specific program and tools.
7. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
8. Strong organizational, project management and problem solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
10.Friendly and professional demeanor.
