Role Overview: Event Project ManagerThis role requires a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented event professional who can take ownership of projects and ensure seamless planning and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communication, coordinate requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the event lifecycle.
- Handle event documentation, proposals, run-sheets, vendor lists, and briefing notes.
- Plan and schedule meetings, venue visits, and event walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized event-related records, contracts, and digital documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution on event days with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Event Management, Conferences, Exhibitions, Hospitality, Banquets, or related event services.
- Strong command over MS Office and event-related software/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal coordination skills.
- A positive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
- Recent graduates with internships in event companies may also apply.
