Role: Event Production Manager

Job Summary: 

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end 

production of events. This role demands strong leadership, technical know-how, and exceptional 

coordination skills to ensure each event runs seamlessly, stays within budget, and exceeds client 

expectations.

Educational Qualification: MBA Preferred or relavent

Years Of Experience: 6-10 Years 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Event Planning & Logistics 

• Lead planning and execution of on ground and virtual events 

• Develop detailed production timelines, layouts, and schedules 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event elements are aligned 

2.Vendor Management 

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers 

• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency 

3.Technical Coordination 

• Supervise all technical aspects including AV, lighting, stage setups, and other production elements 

• Liaise with technical teams for rehearsals and live execution 

 4.Budget Management 

• Prepare and manage event budgets 

• Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality 

 5.Client Communication 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process 

• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction 

Key Sills:

A - Must to have skills

Hands-on experience in event production/operations 

. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required

• Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multiple stakeholders 

• Strong understanding of technical production elements 

B - Good to have skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills 

• Technical expertise in Event Production - Sound, light, LED etc

  • Other related tools in production

Ideal Candidature: 

Experience in an event agency or corporate event company  

  • Has managed end to end Production in event industry  
  • Proven track record in managing productions for small, mid-to-large sized event 
  • Hands-on experience in handling end-to-end production cycles independently  
  • Understands the balance between client expectations and execution feasibility 
  • Ability to meet work last moment chnages & under pressure
