Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Manager located in Pune. The Event Production Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth production processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, liaising with clients and vendors, supervising production teams, and maintaining quality control. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional events within tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Management and Event Production
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality events
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related fields is preferred
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Experience in on-site event management is a plus
