Role Description

The Event Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events and activities. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless on-site execution. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and partners to achieve outstanding event outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, and requires being on the ground to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in event production (Corporate, or IP).
• Local Savvy: Deep knowledge of the Bangalore vendor landscape and venues.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with lighting, sound, staging, and fabrication materials.
• Soft Skills: Calm under pressure, a fixer mindset, and the ability to lead vendors.
