Event Planner (Hospitality / Hotel Management Background)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Planner based in Hyderabad. The Event Planner will be responsible for organizing and executing a wide range of events with a focus on hospitality and hotel management. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring successful event execution from start to finish, and adhering to time and budget constraints.

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting for events and managing financial resources effectively
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
