Event Photographer & Videographer

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality photos and videos for our event projects, client shoots, and daily company requirements. The role involves covering events, capturing candid moments, dcor shots, team activities, and behind-the-scenes content to support marketing, social media, and client deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Capture daily photos and videos of events, client meetings, dcor setups, rehearsals, and on-ground activities.
• Cover live events, including candid moments, guest interactions, and key highlights.
• Shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during event planning and execution.
• Use own camera or smartphone to capture professional-quality visuals.
• Ensure correct framing, lighting, and creative angles as per event standards.
• Edit basic photos and videos if required (cropping, color correction, basic transitions).
• Organize and maintain event-wise photo and video data properly.
• Coordinate with client servicing, marketing, and content teams for shoot requirements.
• Deliver content within tight event timelines.

Communication & Coordination

Internal: Event Team, Client Servicing Team, Marketing & Content Team, Management

External: Clients, Vendors, Artists (during event coverage)

Knowledge, Training & Experience Required

• Education:

Any graduate or diploma (Photography / Media preferred)

• Experience:

01 year experience in photography/videography

Freshers with strong interest in event photography may apply

Skills & Competencies

• Event photography & videography basics
• Comfortable working at live events and long hours when required
• Own camera / smartphone with good video quality
• Basic editing knowledge (Lightroom, Snapseed, CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Creative eye for candid, dcor, and emotional moments
• Time management and discipline
• Good communication skills
