For the next step in our journey, we are looking for bright energetic, and passionate individuals to contribute to TA Dialogues right under the mentorship of the Business Head.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Event Partnerships and Business Development Manager. This key role will be responsible for meeting sponsorship targets for all events in a calendar year, maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies for business growth. You shall be in conversation with marketing heads, evangelists, Field Marketing experts and CXOs from leading companies to build collaborative efforts and onboard them as partners at our premium events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Sponsorship:

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sponsorship targets for all TA Dialogues events.

Identify and engage potential sponsors, presenting compelling value propositions tailored to their business objectives.

Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and expand partnerships with existing clients.

Coordinate with the event management and Marketing team to align business with client goals.

3. Sales Targets:

Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the talent acquisition and related industries.

Utilize market research and industry trends to inform sales strategies and approaches.

4. Monetization Strategies:

  • Evaluate current assets and identify opportunities for monetization.
  • Develop and implement innovative revenue-generating initiatives to maximize the value of existing resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the utilization of assets for business growth.

5. Business Development:

  • Formulate and implement strategies for overall business development, exploring new markets and segments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance the brand's presence.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
