Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Partner located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Event Partner will be responsible for planning and executing events, coordinating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing event promotions, and ensuring smooth operations. The role involves effective communication, collaborating with team members, and achieving client satisfaction while meeting project requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Proven expertise in Event Planning and coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution
- Experience in Event Marketing and Sales, including promotional strategies and driving engagement
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic event requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
