Position: Event Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Event Operations Manager who lives and breathes events. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of stage setup, sound, lighting, video, and overall event production, along with proven experience in managing teams and vendors.

You will be responsible for end-to-end event executionfrom planning and pre-production to on-ground management and final delivery. The role demands someone who can take ownership, solve problems in real time, and ensure flawless execution of events across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion
• Handle event technicals including stage, sound, lights, LED/video, and power
• Manage internal teams, freelancers, and vendors efficiently
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, rehearsals, and on-ground operations
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and client satisfaction
• Deliver events seamlessly under tight timelines and high-pressure environments

• Strong technical expertise in event production and AV
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage large-scale events
• Willingness to travel extensively (India & International)
