This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for an Event Operations Manager. The Event Operations Manager will oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with teams, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and supervising event staff. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations.

• Proven experience in Operations Management and Event Planning
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Competence in Budgeting and financial planning for events
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the alco-bev or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to dynamic schedules
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
