Role Overview

We are looking for someone with 4-5 years of frontline experience of managing operations in Events and Activation Industry at a national level. This position will require providing leadership to the existing operations team, develop and nurture associate networks and ensure excellence in execution of events and activation projects.

Experience

• Hands-on experience of managing large format multi-city events, exhibitions and BTL Activations
• Knowledge of permissions, regulations and licenses required for events and activations
• Planning & managing logistics for pan-India multi-city events and activation roll-outs
• Awareness of latest technologies and equipment for event production
• Working knowledge of social media promotions

Role

1. Take complete ownership & lead events and activation projects
2. Ensure that projects are executed as per as per client madates
3. Plan logistics for events and activation projects
4. Ensure timely reporting and post-activity evaluation with client
5. Ensure compliance with all government regulations, health and safety guidelines in projects and obtain required permissions and licenses
6. Collaborate with teams across branches ensuring smooth execution
7. Identify the associates/vendors and obtain the best costs prevailing in the industry
8. Be ready to travel across the country at short notices as per project needs
