Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Event Operations Manager. The Event Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, coordinate with teams to ensure seamless event operations, and manage resources and vendors. Key responsibilities include budgeting, logistics, stakeholder communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying process improvements to elevate the quality and efficiency of services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Event Planning to ensure seamless event execution
• Strong Client Servicing and Communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Experience with Budgeting and efficient resource allocation
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Experience in event management within the youth, arts, or branding sectors, or a related background, is a plus
• A degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is advantageous
